Young. Hot. Canberra is an exhibition showcasing work by Canberra's brightest young designers. All are practitioners under the age of 35 years. All are producing an extraordinarily high calibre of work characterised by innovation, excellence, and a collective approach and unapologetic locally based pride and enthusiasm as makers. All have trained or live and work in Canberra. 

The Gallery of Australian design is established in partnership between the University of Canberra, the Australian Institute of Architects, the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and the National Museum of Australia.
